Assistants. We share your information to the assistants engaged by you to provide the requested services

Our Platform are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

This section applies solely to residents of the State of California and supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy. Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:

Right to Know. You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing the information, and the categories of third parties to whom the information was disclosed.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.

Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you will receive a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services as a result of exercising your rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by contacting us at support@khorra.com. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing the agent with written permission to do so and verifying your identity directly with us. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period in writing, up to an additional 45 days.

California “Shine the Light” Law

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with us may request a list of the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of those third parties.
