Who we are

What we realized was simple: people don't just need convenience—they need someone they can trust.

At the same time, we recognized another gap in the market. Many incredibly skilled assistants were stepping away from traditional full-time roles. Some had started families. Others simply wanted more flexibility. They still loved the work, but not the rigid schedules that came with it.

Meanwhile, professionals like us didn't need a full-time assistant, nor could we afford it. Some weeks we might need help for an hour, other weeks we might not need assistance at all.

The solution was clear.

Create a service that connects people with highly capable, trustworthy assistants who can help when it actually matters—without requiring a full-time hire.

Our company was built to provide reliable, discreet, and high-quality personal assistance on demand. Whether it's coordinating errands, handling sensitive tasks, sourcing from your favorite local businesses, or helping in a last-minute bind, our assistants are people you can genuinely rely on.

Because sometimes what you really need isn't another app.

You need a trusted person in your corner, and Time, Handled... Khorra.

Our company was born out of real-life frustration from one friend to another—and a simple idea that things could be done better.

We’ve spent years working in corporate America and managing demanding schedules. Along the way, we tried just about every service and app that promised to make life easier: delivery platforms, errand runners, ride services, and gig-based assistants. Yet time after time, these services missed the mark where it mattered most.

Most platforms focused on speed and convenience, but rarely on trust, privacy, and quality.

You could open an app and request a service in seconds, but you often had no idea who would actually show up. Was this person trustworthy enough to enter your home while you were away to drop off dry cleaning? Could they be trusted to handle something sensitive, like picking up medication or an important document?

Even simple tasks proved frustrating. Many apps were limited to specific partners, meaning you couldn't order lunch from your favorite local or upscale restaurant because it wasn't connected to the platform. When we once needed someone to retrieve a passport and deliver it to the airport, the lack of trust in available services led us to literally turn the ride share around and handle it personally.
