Concierge Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Execute day-to-day errands including shopping, returns, deliveries, and pickups with accuracy and care
• Coordinate and manage service appointments for home, auto, and personal services, ensuring timely confirmations and follow-ups
• Assist with event setup, logistics, and last‑minute requests to ensure seamless execution
• Prioritize and complete time‑sensitive tasks with urgency and reliable attention to detail

Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily planning for multiple clients with precision and foresight.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and detailed itineraries, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and event logistics.
• Handle personal tasks such as gifting, targeted research, vendor coordination, and household management (maintenance, deliveries, contractor scheduling).
• Communicate professionally on behalf of clients with vendors, service providers, and personal contacts when required.

• Proficient with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar systems, and common travel/expense platforms).
